Weight lost

After all that weight lost and told to cut out dairy and red meat.

Had another blood test and came back iron levels to high.

I must be doing something wrong I have porridge for breakfast with apro milk which has b12 in it for lunch soup and for tea chicken carrots peas fish and fruit so fed up.
